“ The fried chicken here is bomb dot com but occasionally they fall into the typical Jamaican restaurant format of not having the things on the menu. ”
“ As soon as you enter it's very clean and spacious. Fresh hot authentic Jamaican food. Huge selection of food. I had the curry goat with white rice and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese wasn't appealing for me but I did enjoy my curry goat meal with white rice. I purchased a stew peas with rice and peas it was mostly beef and very little pig tail. The stew chicken with rice and peas was delicious. ”
“ My daughter just came home with some fried chicken beans/rice and cabbage. First let me say I can totally appreciate the to go cartons have holes to allow the steam out. Theres nothing I hate more than food to go and once you arrive to your destination that its soggy thanks to the steam. The chicken & rice was good and not overly spicy. I was able to eat without interludes lol. Ive never been to Dougies as I dont venture out to much by our house but now that I know its here Ill be sure to check it out for more dishes. ”
